So...walking and cycling are no solution to choked road systems, pollution, disease and obesity? Hmm...I guess having an ass the size of an SUV and looking like Dahlkemper's doughboy GOP opponent, Phil English is a dream worth keeping alive. Seriously, Google the dude for a picture. He NEEDS to ride a bike. He can't win Pennsylvania 'cause the states not big enough for him.
