It was rough to watch, especially now.
A dear friend of ours, just turned 31, died in his sleep two weeks ago from heart failure. Although he didn't have Olympic aspirations, he was a fit man who looked forward to a long, fruitful life with his wife and two daughters, aged 5 and 3.
And we just found out yesterday that she's pregnant with their third child.
Although we won't know the answers and want to know why, some things are not ours to know.
okay that's enough about death.
